Ronni Alicea is the GFCO Quality Control Manager. She is a Registered Dietitian with extensive clinical and food production experience.
Veronica earned a BS in Human Foods and Nutrition from Rutgers University and MBA from the Paul Stillman School for Business at Seton Hall University. She is a Certified Geriatric Specialist and ServSafe instructor. Ronni is a member of the American Dietetic Association, Consultants Dietitian in Healthcare Facilities and their 2015 recipient of the Abbott Leadership award. She also belongs to Healthy Aging, Nutrition Entrepreneurs and is a founding member of the National Celiac Task Force.
