We have one of the top gluten-free certification programs in the world. With that being said, it is my job to send GFCO certified auditors to inspect over 1200 gluten-free processing facilities located worldwide. The number is growing exponentially as the need for gluten-free products become more and more popular. It’s a challenging task but it’s a pleasure to be working for such a respected entity.
